1) Useful

Relevance is another sub-facet of usefulness. All information within an app or website should be relevant to the product or service offer.

2) Usable

The core purpose of UX design is to make things easy for the user. Customers should really want the product or service and feel that they’ll be missing out on something major without it. 7) Valuable
